Here’s What Your Resume Should Look Like! (EXAMPLE)

Ever Wonder What Your Resume Should Look Like? Here’s Your Answer!

One of the most frequently asked questions I receive is what an actual golf resume should look like or if I have any examples of an actual resume. It just so happens that I was once a junior golfer, and I have a resume that worked for me. Resumes are the most important tool in college golf recruiting, so my hope is that this example will give readers some direction on where to start. Keep in mind while looking at this example that not all resumes are the same, and you do not have to build yours word-for-word from my example. You can add or subtract different aspects from your resume however you see fit. Also remember to try and keep your information as short and concise as possible; no one wants to read a novel for a resume. Here is an example of what a junior golf resume should look like:

This is a simple outline for the important aspects of a resume. Remember, you do not have to include all of the same information shown here, nor do you have to stylize it the way I did. This is basically a “starter kit” for anyone looking for an example of what a junior golf resume should look like. Once you put this resume together, get it moving to as many coaches as possible!
